Cleaning is charged at 9 euros P/H for Property Cleans
24/7 Meet and Greet only 10 Euros
Other Costs: Eg waiting for furniture or overseeing works , 9 euros P/H
So, not only are you getting Key Holding and Fortnightly checks you are only paying by the hour for Cleans. Saving you money, means you can use your holiday home more.
Los Collados Package II
For owners whom would like this package but also would like us to rent out there property too. This package is only 40 euros per month and includes:

Cleaning is charged at 9 euros P/H for Property Clean.
24/7 Meet and Greet only 10 Euros
Other Costs: Eg waiting for furniture or overseeing works , 9 euros P/H
Pay no commissions on rentals
